To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debt Handled is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
